I’ve earned the designation Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and I'm a long-time member of the Society for Human Resource Management. I have experience with both corporate and small business human resource functions, and I'm most excited about the potential to build and sustain effective project teams. I focus on workflow and productivity, organizational development, recruitment processes, compliance management and motivation systems.

I founded DevoCenter for Service-Learning to provide opportunities to women who are inspired to improve their communities through service. Specifically we are developing resources, tools and learning experiences to help leaders understand and apply service-learning to their community projects. Women who have an interest in nonprofit entrepreneurship are invited to join us for an Online Meetup to share stories and achievements.
